2013-2014 LFC Player Evaluations

Register for evaluations by filling out the registration form and sending it to the manager/coach for the interested age group listed below.
Registration forms must be completed and e-mailed by May 17th for U11-U13 teams or June 14th for U14-U18 teams.

U11 and U12 girls evaluations will be held on Wed. 5/15 at 6:15 and Sat. 5/18 at noon at Fabacher Park

Saturday June 8th at 10:00 A.M.

Rain out tryout date Tuesday June 11 at 5:30
